1-hour Sophrology Session

Are you suffering from stress or burnout, are you lacking focus and direction in your life?

The typical sophrology session combines breathwork, gentle movements, muscular relaxation, and visualization. Similar to other meditative practices, it is performed with the in-person or online video with  Bénédicte a certified  Sophrologist. Afterwards practicing and setting goals, can be done independently or in further sesssions.
